The foundation for art industry support - "Ray" was officially established on March 23, 2022, the day Irakli Tchkadua would've turned 38 years old.

Irakli Tchkadua was a young Georgian businessman and philanthropist who died suddenly on January 2, 2022, of a heart attack. The foundation "Ray" bears his name.

Irakli Tchkadua was a supporter of artists and talented youth. He often, but without any publicity, helped industry representatives to achieve the desired goals. He had many friends, both musicians, and playwrights, also in literature.

The foundation was laid by Irakli's family. Together with his two brothers, Nikoloz and Tornike Tchkadua, Irakli managed "Award Holding" which consists of 7 subsidiary companies. He held the position of Founder of "Award Holding" and Director of Construction Company "Mamison". Prior to moving to the business sector, he had many years of experience working in a Governmental Structure.

Discipline, justice, and friendship are the epithets, that Irakli's colleagues and friends refer to him.
